Booking & payment
Is a deposit required?
If your check-in date is more than a month away, a 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is collected before check-in. Stays within a month of check-in are paid in full at booking.
How do payments work?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and are never stored on this site.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes — a one-off cleaning fee of €40.00 is added to each booking, alongside the nightly rate for your dates.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights. Longer bookings of a month or more receive a long-stay discount, which the booking page applies automatically.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Contact us if you need flexibility — we will do what we can around the cleaning schedule.
How many people can stay?
The two bedrooms sleep 4, and the living-room sofa bed takes the apartment to 6 guests in total.
Is parking available?
Yes — secure parking is available at the property, and you do not need to book it separately.
Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
Both. The apartment has fast WiFi throughout and air conditioning for the hot months, plus a smart TV in the living room.
Can I bring pets?
Please contact us before booking so we can confirm pet suitability for your stay.
Getting here & the area
Which airport should I fly into?
Murcia–Corvera (RMU) is the closest at roughly 30 minutes by car; Alicante–Elche (ALC) is about an hour away and often has more flight options. Both have the usual car rental desks.
Do I need a car?
It is not essential, but it makes the area much easier to enjoy — the beach, the town and the wider Costa Cálida are all short drives rather than walks.
How far is the beach and the Mar Menor?
The Mar Menor shore at Los Alcázares is about five minutes away by car. See the Location page for a fuller list of approximate distances.
Is there a pool?
Yes — the resort has a communal pool and gardens, a short stroll from the apartment, along with the Serena Golf course.
